My Approach
My work with women focuses heavily on inner work and how we view ourselves— because I believe that this is the foundation from which change can begin.
For many years I navigated life tossed around like a leaf in the wind because I hadn’t taken the time to truly examine myself or get curious about myself or my experiences. I hadn’t done any inner exploration. I didn’t know what I valued. I didn’t see how my past was influencing my present. I didn’t treat myself with the same kindness and compassion I often extended to others. I didn’t know who I was or who God called me to be. Naturally, this impacted me and my relationships. Taking the time to do this inner-work was transformative for my well-being, my relationship with myself, my relationship with God and others, and my life as a whole. This is the work I am passionate about and now help my clients do the same.
Through individual and group therapy, coaching, and/or mentoring, I help women learn to love themselves and grow into their healthiest self so they can walk through life with meaning, clarity, and confidence.
Ephesians 2:10 says that we are “God’s handiwork” which means that He created us uniquely and intentionally. My purpose is to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and helping you to uncover just how He did so. This is the foundation of my work with you.
Many of us live in dissatisfaction, confusion, restlessness, and frustration because we haven’t yet established a clear understanding of ourselves. Crippling anxiety, people-pleasing, self-doubt, low self-esteem, fear, and shame can control us. When we take the time to learn from our upbringings, our life experiences, or even get curious about why we are the way we are, what we value, or our unique giftings…we change. This is called inner-work. It’s the intentional exploration of our inner thoughts, beliefs, experiences, feelings, and subconscious patterns, to build self-awareness, foster spiritual and personal growth, and experience healing.
As we begin to understand how we were made in the image of God and how loved we are, it can change how we live.
Knowing yourself.

Identifying patterns and behaviors that may be hindering you
Challenging unhelpful self-beliefs
Practicing self-compassion
Processing guilt, shame, and heavy burdens
Believing in yourself.
What will I choose to believe?
This could look like:
Building confidence
