At this time, I do not accept insurance. My rate is $90 per 50-minute session. I also offer a limited number of appointments utilizing a sliding scale fee based on financial need. The Sliding Fee Scale takes into consideration household income and proof of income will be requested in order to confirm your session rate.

If you are interested in beginning services with me for the first time, we will first schedule a 15-minute free consultation to see if we may be a good fit to work together.

If I have previously worked with you, I will respond with dates of availability to get started.

All responses will be received within 24 to 48 hours.

All therapy sessions are 50-minutes. Coaching and consultation appointments will be scheduled in 30, 45, or 60-minute increments.

Prices vary per service and can be discussed during the 15-minute consultation.

The first appointment is called the “intake” or “initial assessment.” It will be about getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. It may feel a bit like an interview however this is unique to only the first meeting. This will also be a good time for any questions about the therapy process, my policies and services, etc.

All therapy services are offered virtually and I do not provide crisis services, thus it will be necessary to familiarize yourself with local resources and facilities. We will review this together in our first appointment. Contacting 911 and/or utilizing the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988 are also helpful resources to keep in mind.

I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments not cancelled within this timeframe will incur a late cancellation fee.
